Processing Time

  • US warehouse in stock: ship within 1–2 working days
  • US out of stock: made at our China factory in 8–12 working days

Transit Time (Payment to receipt: 4–8 business days normally)

  • Orders ≤50pcs: pick & ship in 1–3 working days
  • DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT: 4–6 days
  • Air Mail: 8–12 days

Shipping Options

Items ship via express. Most destinations support DHL/FedEx/UPS; select countries use EMS/TNT. Light small orders auto-qualify for cheap Air Mail at checkout.

Bulk deals: goods ready at our warehouse for your freight forwarder pickup, or customized air/sea bulk shipping quotes.

Delivery Rules

Signature required upon receipt. Fill in full precise address & valid receiver phone (your buyer’s number for dropshipping).

Shipments depart our Shenzhen warehouse to HK/Guangzhou airport then local logistics hubs for last-mile delivery.

Customs & Tax

Courier handles all customs docs. offers full assistance for extra clearance paperwork if needed. Import duty/VAT is local buyer’s liability; most parcels incur zero extra fees.

Shipping Fee & Compensation

Shipping cost calculated by weight, size and destination, paid upfront with order.
Lost/stolen/damaged goods: we coordinate with couriers for free replacement or full refund.

Important Notes

  1. Most shipments clear customs smoothly; occasional local VAT/duty is buyer’s expense.
  2. No returns for correctly-functional items ordered by mistake (we pre-check orders for regional compatibility voluntarily).
  3. Stock shortage: we email to split shipment, swap items or negotiate solutions; big bulk orders may delay up to 7 days. First-time unfamiliar dropship orders need identity verification, adding 1–3 processing days.
